Track your order
There is no tracking box on this page, and we would rather say so than put one there that does nothing. You order without an account and pay the courier in cash, which means we have no signed-in area to show you a parcel in. What we do have is a phone call, a carrier message and an inbox where a person looks orders up.
What happens to your parcel, and when
Four stages between the order form and your door. All figures are working days; the per-country table is in the Delivery Policy.
- 1
Order registered
The moment you confirm
The confirmation page shows a reference beginning MKS-. Write it down or keep the page open: it is the fastest way for us to find your order later.
- 2
Confirmation call
Usually within one working day
We ring the number on the form to check the address and the amount. Nothing is packed before this call, and if we cannot reach you over two working days the order is cancelled without cost.
- 3
Handed to the carrier
1–2 working days after the call
The parcel is picked, checked against the order and given to a carrier that collects cash at the door in your country.
- 4
The carrier takes over
3–7 working days on the road
Most carriers text or email a tracking link once the parcel enters their network, and many send a delivery window on the morning itself. A few, on some routes, send nothing at all.
The tracking link belongs to the carrier, not to us: we pass on whatever number the carrier gives us, by SMS to the phone on the order and by email if you left an address. When a route has no tracking, nobody can look the parcel up online, ourselves included — we then ask the carrier directly and tell you what they say.
Asking us to look it up
One email does it. The more of the five below you can give us, the shorter the search — the first line is usually enough on its own.
- 1
Order reference
MKS- followed by digits, from the page you saw after ordering. Lost it? Skip it.
- 2
Name on the order
Exactly as you typed it into the delivery form.
- 3
Delivery address
Street, number, town and postcode, so we can tell two orders apart.
- 4
Phone number used
This is the field we actually search on when the reference is gone.
- 5
Roughly when you ordered
The day, or the day of the confirmation call. Close enough is fine.
Send it to help@marketsaves.com with "Where is my order" in the subject, or through the contact form. A reply comes within 2 working days, and sooner when the carrier answers quickly. We do not need a photo of anything, and we never ask you for a card number or a payment to release a parcel.
