11.The seller: who you buy from
Every product on MarketSaves is sold by WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED. MarketSaves is the trading name of the shop; it is not a separate company. When you place an order, your contract of sale is with WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED and with nobody else.

22.The advertising operator: who shows you the adverts
You may have reached this shop through an advert on a search engine or a social network. Those adverts are placed and paid for by a separate advertising company. It is a separate legal entity from the seller.
The operator's job stops at the advert. It never owns the goods, never receives your order form, never ships anything and never receives your money. If an advert brought you here, your purchase is still made from WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED under the Terms of Sale.

Messages sent through the form are stored and read by the seller's customer service. Put your order reference in the message if you have one (MKS- followed by digits, shown on the page you saw after ordering): it lets us find the order at once.
55.Prices, VAT and payment
All prices on MarketSaves are in euro and include value added tax. The only charge added to the product price is the flat delivery charge described in the Delivery Policy, and the total is shown before you confirm the order.
Payment is made in cash to the courier when the parcel is handed over. The seller does not take card payments or advance payments on this site, and nobody acting for the seller will ask you to pay before delivery.
66.Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to the seller first at help@marketsaves.com with your order reference and a short description. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to settle them within fourteen days.
If we cannot agree, you keep every right your national consumer law gives you, including the right to go to the courts of the country where you live. The European Consumer Centre in your country gives advice, at no cost, on purchases made from a trader in another EU member state.
