About MarketSaves
A general store that gets paid at your door
MarketSaves is an online general store run by WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. We sell a short list of practical things: small electronics, tools, kitchen gadgets, and gear for the car and the garden.
The shop works the way a market stall does. Here is the thing, here is the price, and you pay when it is in your hands. There is no account to open and no card to type in. You fill in a delivery form, we phone you to confirm, the parcel goes out, and you pay the courier in cash at your door.
How we choose and check what we sell
The range is small on purpose. A product is listed only when we can describe it in plain numbers: capacity, power, size, run time, what is in the box. If we cannot say clearly what a thing does and for whom, it does not go on the site.
Before a product is listed we check a sample against its own description: that it does what the listing says, that the contents match, and that it carries the CE marking and the instructions required for sale in the European Union. Before a parcel leaves, the item and the quantity are checked against the order.
Every listing shows the price in euro with VAT included. When a product is sold below its regular list price, the list price is shown struck through next to the current one and the saving is stated as a percentage. We do not use countdown clocks or stock warnings to hurry anyone.

How paying on delivery works
Four moments, and money changes hands only in the last one.

You order online
Pick the product and quantity, fill in the delivery form, check the total and confirm. No card, no account.

We phone to confirm
Normally within one working day. We check the address and the total with you. You can still change or cancel.

The courier delivers
The parcel leaves 1–2 working days after the call and takes 3–7 working days, depending on the country.

You pay in cash
You hand the courier the total from your order summary: price × quantity + 4,99 € delivery. Nothing else.

Ten EU countries, one flat charge of 4,99 €. Times are working days in transit, after 1–2 working days of handling.

What we hold ourselves to
The total you see before you confirm is the total you pay the courier: price, quantity and the delivery charge. Nothing is added afterwards.
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and send an item back. If something arrives damaged or stops working, the legal guarantee applies and we put it right: repair, replacement or your money back.
When you write or call, you reach the company that sold you the product, and the answer comes from the people who can look up your order.
The companies behind the shop
One company sells to you. A different one runs the adverts. They are not the same, and only the first is responsible for your order.

WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED
Sells the goods on MarketSaves, takes your order, ships it, collects payment through the courier, handles returns, refunds and the legal guarantee. Your contract is with this company.

The advertising operator
a separate advertising company
Runs the online advertising that brings visitors to MarketSaves: it manages the advertising accounts and the campaigns. It does not sell, hold stock, ship, take payment or handle returns, and it is not a party to your contract.
