What you get

A rechargeable whisk wand for milk foam, and for the small mixing jobs a fork does badly: matcha, cocoa, protein shakes, salad dressing, one egg. It has three speeds; the top one turns cold or warm milk into dense foam in about 20 seconds. Two stainless-steel heads click in and out: a spiral frothing whisk and a balloon whisk for eggs and sauces. Both rinse clean under the tap in seconds. One USB-C charge of about 1.5 hours lasts roughly a month of daily cappuccinos. A small stand keeps it upright on the counter, so the whisk dries instead of lying in a drawer.
